Galway City Council to Ban Breathing in Public
Galway City Council has shockingly decided to ban all forms of breathing in public as part of their proposed by laws for 2016.
Following on from bylaws for parks, beaches and public spaces, outlawing picking flowers, climbing trees, playing ballgames in parks and beaches, and rollerblading on the Prom, the council has decided breathing in public has got to stop.
‘Well now we all know the Younglads are walking around there day in and day out off their heads on oxygen and this has got to stop’ claimed Councillor John Madden.
‘I’ve seen it myself! Girls off their faces on the prom whilst simultaneously climbing trees on Rollerblades and picking flowers. All forms of violence in our city and indeed elsewhere all have a common denominator; oxygen’.
It is thought that these laws will pass by a landslide as the people of Galway attempt to come to terms with these heathens of fresh air.
